Bouncing the afternoon away…

On Thursday 17th December, Year 10 students at NSETC went on a rewards trip to the biggest trampoline park in the south west of England, which was organised by the Year 13 BTEC Business students for their coursework.

There were various activities for the students to participate in from trampoline parkour, foam pit, the battle beam, total wipe out simulator, dunk basketball and hundreds of trampolines wherever you looked. There was an activity for everyone to join in.

Everyone got involved, even the teachers. One Year 10 student, James decided to take on his fierce Head of Year on the battle beam where they could engage in battle and fight to the death. James was not happy about the amount of homework teachers had set and wanted a grudge match. Sadly, James only won one match out of four – there will be a rematch – don’t you worry!

Also, it gave the two year groups the opportunity to compete to see who the ultimate year group are so they went head to head against each other on trampoline dodgeball. The Year 10s had a triumphant win against the organisers of the trip!

From speaking to two year 10 students Megan and Georgia they absolutely loved the trip to AirHop and would love to go again. They said overall the place was amazing and they were extremely exhausted from bouncing the afternoon away.
